Wholesale & white label clause
CÉVYN Organic Skincare offers its body butter for wholesale resale and white label (private label) manufacture. Every tier shown above is wholesale-only and is valid at the stated minimum order quantity per tier. Bulk containers — 64 oz, 1 gallon, and 5 gallon — are trade sizes intended for decanting, white label production, and professional use, not for retail shelves. Resellers set their own shelf price on the retail sizes they package.
White label orders are produced with the CÉVYN formula under the partner's brand name and labeling. Partner branding, artwork, and label copy remain the property of the partner; the CÉVYN formulation, process, and trade dress remain the exclusive property of CÉVYN Organic Skincare and may not be reverse-engineered, reformulated, or resold as a competing formula.
Partners agree to represent the product accurately, to make no medical or curative claims beyond the approved product description, and to store and resell the product within its shelf life. Wholesale and white label orders are final sale; production lead times, custom labeling, and volumes above the listed tiers are quoted individually.
